AFF’s ‘Walk the Plank’ Hits the Radio

Keep it Up, Liberals. You Have Nothing to Lose But Your Majorities

(DES MOINES) – American Future Fund (AFF) launched a radio ad to echo a print ad which is running in The Politico. “Walk the Plank” warns so-called Blue Dog Democrats not to let Nancy Pelosi bully them into supporting the latest item on her liberal agenda – government-run healthcare. The radio ad will run over the course of the next week on stations in Washington, D.C.

“Voters sent a resounding message to Washington this week, and our elected leaders should listen,” said AFF President Sandy Greiner. “Americans don’t want Nancy Pelosi’s liberal agenda of government – run health care, higher taxes and bloated government. However, if these house members choose to “walk the plank” again for Nancy Pelosi, they have nothing left to lose but their job.”

Recognize this sound?
It’s people… walking the plank.
But it’s not some bad pirate movie.
It’s House members… being forced to walk the plank.
Blue Dogs and moderates sticking their necks out to support Nancy Pelosi’s agenda of big government and higher taxes.
Call them….Pelosi’s Pirates.
They’re forced to cast liberal votes that could risk their careers, while the bills they support go nowhere in the Senate.
It’s already happened with cap-and-trade. And now, government-run health care.
And now as they walk the plank, Pelsosi’s Pirates can think about this: Virginia and New Jersey.
