AFF Releases Ad “Do You Recall”
For Immediate Release: Tuesday, June 5, 2012
American Future Fund released a web ad tonight titled “Do You Recall” celebrating Wisconsin Governor Walker’s solid victory in what was only the third recall election of a governor in US history.
After bravely standing up to unions over a year ago, Walker has been in a heated, nationwide battle to keep his Governors seat. For months, democrats and the liberal media raged about the importance of this race and the impact it would ultimately have on the presidency. Rachel Maddow said it “will affect every race… from dogcatcher on up to the race for President.” She even called it “the most important race in the country.”
But the moment they realized Walker might win, they quickly began backtracking and discounting the election.
Governor Walker fought for the people of Wisconsin and showed real leadership when he stood up to the labor unions and democrat activists.
Tonight, the people of Wisconsin showed him they want and will support courageous leaders who are fighting to make tough decisions, to balance budgets and be responsible for taxpayer money.
The people of America will do the same in November.
Remind them. This recall was history. And they were on the wrong side.
