McCaskill and Stabenow win GOLD… for wasteful spending.

American Future Fund is releasing a web ad today featuring Senators Debbie Stabenow of Michigan and Claire McCaskill of Missouri.  The ad proposes – what if there were another Olympic event?  For wasteful spending.  If so, Stabenow and McCaskill would surely make it to the Wasteful Spending finals.  And it would be a neck and neck tie for gold.

Consider this – both Stabenow and McCaskill have voted for trillions in new spending, increasing our national debt to $16 Trillion.  They voted for:

• $2 trillion health care law
• $831 billion failed stimulus
• Nearly $1 million to study the division of labor – among ants 

Claire McCaskill voted 7 times against earmark reform.  Seven.  That alone must be a world record.  She also voted for a $467 billion tax increase, just last year.

Debbie Stabenow flip flopped on raising taxes for millions of Michigan residents.  Not only that, Detroit has 18% unemployment.
